Sensuous operate in the intersection of performance art, research, activism and curation.

In Sensuous we share our visions on what we term a Sensuous society. A vision, or rather a sense, that has been haunting us in our sleep for times and times... Sensuous society

Dome of Visions

We hold the Artistic directorship and head curation of the Dome of Visions.

A sensuous space-in-between.

The Dome of Visions is a temporary minimalist construction based on ideas conceived in the 1940s by the American futurist and architect Buckminster Fuller. The dome is intended to inspire architectural and engineering solutions for the climate challenges to come. It is also a contemporary exhibition space that explores new curatorial approaches, activates new modes of engagement and inspire new ways to evoke future visions and social and cultural change. It raises questions such as: how can we create buildings that are both sustainable in the broadest sense and which are simultaneously energy-optimized? How can daily life and ambitious climate goals be balanced? The dome is used for exhibitions, concerts, readings, debates about architecture and environment. It is a space open to the public and everyone is invited to partake by suggesting content for the space. Thereby enabling everyone to be the participatory creators and ‘co-owners’ of the dome.

Currently the Dome of Visions is situated in Copenhagen  to create a vibrant life in the spaces-in-between of the city. We invite you to come with whatever content you finding missing in your city. Will allow you to occupy this beauty and hope for a sparkling life in-between the silos of different fields and agents of change to create poetry whilst in this sense-evoking construction.
